- 08.20 (3.50am UK time) Touched down in Kolkata. Short night, not much sleep to be had! #
- 09.45 Met at airport by Pastor Asis, now on our way to BMS. Kolkata traffic making it’s usual impact on those who’ve not experienced it. #
- 10.40 We’ve arrived! Unpacking, settling in and freshening up. Everyone is fine. Sun is shining. Car horns are blaring. #
- Having all sorts of connection problems, so apologies for lack of info. We’ve been fed and watered, and had a first foray into the streets. #
- 15.50 Meeting with Pastor Asis in a minute to sort out our itinerary over the next two weeks. #
- 17.50 Great meeting with representatives from many of the ministries we will be visiting. Wonderful welcome and hospitality. #
- 19.20 Productive day, meeting our hosts: such kind, gentle, humble, gracious Christians. We are already being so well looked after. #
- Now for evening meal. #
- 20.45 Most of us (if not all of us) now heading for an early night. Sleep deprived brains have ceased to function. Good night! #
