- 12.05 Just finished a tour of Love Calcutta Arts, up the road from Freeset. Wonderful to see community transformation in action. #
- 12.45 Back at BMS. It’s raining! (And a spot of thunder). #
- We have a message. Pastor Asis is meeting us and taking us out for lunch. #
- 13.05 Still raining. #
- Pastor Asis says it’s only drizzling. #
- 14.35 Finished meal at Tung Fong on Park Street. It’s stopped raining and hotter than ever. #
- Sam has left his bag in the restaurant. Back we go. #
- It’s OK. He’s been back and got it. #
- 15.05 We have returned to BMS. Time to regroup before revisiting Entally Baptist Girls Hostel. #
- Do pray for the Sonnagatchi area and the work of Freeset and Love Calcutta Arts. Their vision of transforming the community is inspiring. #
- Our Chinese meal over lunch time with Pastor Asis, Anu and Asit was a welcome change. Still very spicy though! #
- 16.00 We’ll be off then for a couple of hours or so, singing and playing and crafting with the girls at the hostel. #
- 19.20 Just returned from Entally, exhausted but elated. Nearly time for dinner. #
- 19.55 Team Time about to start. Debbie is leading tonight. #
- 21.15 Good discussion and prayer with the team. Also made sure we are prepared for the next two days at Hatibagan. #
