Draw a heart and write on it words that reflect how you feel in your own heart, and the names of people to whom you would like to be more generous. Then pray: God of truth, empty my heart of all that hurts me and you and others, and fill it with your grace. Amen.

Generous God, by your grace transform our hearts. Turn bigotry into tolerance, closed doors into open ones and inspire unity where there has been division. Make your Church a home for all who long for love and acceptance. May your kingdom come. Amen.
