Following Jesus is never predictable, neat and tidy. Mary discovered that when God shows up things start to get messy, but also that when life is messy God shows up.

We are empowered by the Holy Spirit to continue the work Jesus started and to bring His love to those around us.

How can we be more outward-focussed, open, welcoming, hospitable, loving, generous and kind as people and as a community, making space for the Gospel to flourish?

You are no more likely to 'accidentally' become a disciple of Jesus than to 'accidentally’ play Ravel’s Gaspard de la Nuit or find yourself ‘accidentally’ winning the 100m breaststroke Olympic final.

God loves you so much! That's such good news. It starts and ends with Jesus. Believe in him!

As apprentices of Jesus we have been given the assignment of announcing the good news and the coming of his kingdom.

This is the moment for apprentices to step forward. God is looking for a people who will love like Jesus loves - a community of his followers walking the way of Christ. Maybe that apprentice is you, and maybe that community is us.
