God is looking for those who are obedient and committed to him, so that he can protect, bless, heal and cause them to thrive. God is a good Father who longs to refill, restore, refresh and recalibrate our lives.

God is calling us to fall into line following Jesus: keeping in step with the Spirit, not being distracted or moving at a different pace.

Boundaries are good. God's rules come from the heart of a loving Father who knows what is good for us and who wants the very best for us.

God has created us with a purpose.

How do we recognise God's voice among the clamour of voices demanding our attention?

The resurrection brings hope and a fresh start. Jesus never gave up on Peter, who was transformed by the love and belief of his Rabbi into a pillar of the early church.

Jesus' words reveal God's heart and character, and - if we are listening - he speaks to us clearly through the Holy Spirit.

The most vital thing we can do is to sit at the feet of Jesus, spending time with him and abiding in him.

Jesus, shows compassion those willing to take the risk of intimacy, and that love sometimes means speaking the truth with grace.

God speaks today and he wants to speak to us. Are we listening?
